These are the terms and conditions of using a bouncy castle from WCEonline. Please read them carefully and on requesting a loan of a bouncy castle signify that you accept these terms and conditions. The company accept no responsibility for damage or injury whilst our equipment is on loan to you, the person requesting the use of the equipment will be responsible for any damage or injury occurring from, or as a result of misuse, or recklessness.

It is the responsibility of the person who is requesting the loan of the bouncy castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please be advised that if we arrive and there is insufficient space or the lawn is unsuitable full payment still has to be made.

The contribution of £40 goes towards the delivery, collection, setting up and the maintenance of the bouncy castle, in a radius of upto and including 10 miles of our post code GU12 4EN, and then £1 for every part or whole mile thereafter. All equipment comes with an electric blower and extension lead and it is assumed that the user can provide an electrical supply.

Inflatable’s can be very heavy and we will require access for our trolleys to enable us to set up and deliver any equipment.

This unit has an age limit of 13 years, and is suitable for 6 children, a maximum of 8 at any one time, depending on age and size of the children. Keeping to these limits will reduce overcrowding and make playing on the bouncy castle safer and much more enjoyable for the children. Please ensure no one over this age uses the equipment, no adults are to use this bouncy castle AT ANY TIME.

No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the bouncy castle which will avoid choking and mess (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person requesting the loan of the bouncy castle will incur a cleaning charge of £30)

All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the bouncy castle, no pets, toys or sharp instruments.

No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the bouncy castle.

All units are checked on delivery, once we have left the premisses you accept that the bouncy castle is in a good and clean condition.

Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.

A responsible adult must supervise the bouncy castle at all times.

Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off!

Do not allow anyone to be on the bouncy castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.

The person / organization requesting the loan of the equipment will be responsible / liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the person requesting the use of our equipment, they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. You thereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed above.
